That's not correct. As long as you have taken the test you can take visits regardless of the score made

Correct but the quality of those grades are irrelevant concerning being able to OV

It isn't a NCAA rule that is a fact. Now schools could choose not to recruit him and waste one of thier limited OVs on him. In that case the lack of OVs would be an indicator of poor grades but its not because of NCAA rules

I am pretty sure Carr is solid to us. He basically said that as long as his visit this weekend is good, he will shut down the process and be ours. He really is ours to lose now, and I think this staff can get the job done.
