Ht: 5-9.5 Wt: 160
Position: S, WR
Year: Class of 2013
High School: White Station HS
(Memphis, TN)

Which side of the ball Gray winds up on at the next level remains to be seen. At 5-9, 150 he will likely play either cornerback or slot receiver to utilize his aggressiveness and quick-twitch ability.

Holds offer from Tennessee.

What do you like about Tennessee?
Gray: “I like the players there. I know a few players. They make me feel comfortable there.”

Quote from Jalen Reeves-Maybin in his thread:

Quote:
"I talked to Donald Gray a little bit, and I talked to Jason Carr. We were talking about trying to keep our in-state talent at home. They were just trying to get me to commit or whatever. But, I'm going to take my time with it. UT impressed me for sure."

Should all be Vols

Lol!

Naa, Maybin and his family are UT fans. Carr is as well and is already committed, Gray should not be far behind.

I hope we can get in on a few more DBs named Gray so we can start an all-Gray secondary in 3 years.

I think it depends a lot on his measurables right now. I haven't had a chance to see him, but his numbers could be inflated.

Wow this quote is why we need to win and soon. Bama was trash for years before Saban got there. I always chalked that game up as a win when I was younger. Wonder if he'll get a Bama offer though(doubtful).

Dude is good! He runs very smooth. Kid can play. I saw him in the state championship game. Hope he grows a couple of more inches. He is an athlete. Very smooth all the way around. Reminded me of Shawn Summers. Probably will end up as a DB but he was pretty good running the ball as well. Sign him up!

We'll see if Bama offers him. They are limited on schollies, and they aren't really short on top DBs.

I guess it is just a different age but I always compared with guys I played with or against. Fred Lane, Ronnie Pillow, Fernando Bryant, Michael Coleman.
