Four-star Philadelphia running back David Williams took an official visit to Arizona State about a month ago and now he's got his second lined up. Williams is still open to five.

Williams will take an official visit to Tennessee over Thanksgiving weekend and the Volunteers have made an effective case so far.

"I've actually been talking to them weekly," Williams said. "I talk to coach J.P. (John Palermo) and I just like their whole coaching staff. I like the facilities and I've been impressed with the whole Tennessee program."

Running back David Williams will probably eliminate Tennessee if all of the coaches are replaced. South Carolina would then be his top school followed by Arizona State, Ohio State and Nebraska. My money would be on the Gamecocks, though.
