I don't know. The offer lists are not always correct and sometimes coaches don't offer kids they have no chance getting. Early commitments also skew offer lists.

Most kids want to get away from home. It's part of growing up. He has undoubtedly talked to them. He likely let them know there was no reason to pursue him.
