Also, Kendall Fuller recently had an interview with Rivals (02/12/12) and stated UT was in his Top-8 schools, but UT hasn't offered him yet. Fuller goes out of his way to say even though UT hasn't offered he is very interested in UT. Needless to say, Coach Dooley or Coach Sunseri need to get on that ASAP.

Here is the video for those with Rivals subscriptions:

Looks like I'm going to have to scour the DMV area in the name of Volnation. There appears to be an increasing number of prospects in the area. And, *Abraham Lincoln voice* It is altogether fitting and proper that I do this.

Alright, Dools. Pay attention to the article and offer this guy a scholarship. A football scholarship!

Kendall is the brother of current VT safety Kyle Fuller, and former Hokie and current NFL player Vincent Fuller, so obviously Virginia Tech will be a serious player here. As will Maryland, with the emergence of Mike Locksley as their recruiting czar/warlord/walking-violation; Fuller and Stefon Diggs are boys, both attend Good Counsel, and I heard Fuller and his mother were at Diggs' announcement in College Park on friday.

Does he know Maryland's athletics are completely in the crapper?

Does Diggs? It truly defies logic and I'm not sure how Locksley is selling these kids on Maryland, as they have players transferring out almost every day, and they won 2 games this year, and play in a run down stadium in a run down area.

Guarantee Sunseri is on this guy. It's gonna be great to have him for the Maryland, D.C. area.

And Good Counsell would be an awesome school to start a pipeline.

Fuller was at Diggs' announcement the other day. And obviously VT will be a serious player. They are currently the front runner, but Fuller even said in his video that he is very open to looking at other schools and finding what is best for him.

I just found it very interesting that a 5*, Top-5 national player has the Vols in his Top-8 schools and wants to know more about UT when UT hasn't offered. Very interesting. UT needs to get on it. His film looks really good. Very smart insticts at corner.

Good Counsel is loaded in 2013; Fuller, Dorian O'Daniel, Brendan Marshall, Marcel Ngachie, etc. They, along with Dematha in the DC 'burbs and Gilman in Baltimore (home of Cyrus Jones, Henry Poggi, Darius Jennings, etc) are forces in the Maryland private school ranks year in, year out.

While we are at it, we also need to be hitting this area hard for basketball . DeMatha is where Adrian Dantley played in the 60's. I listened to the game in 1965 when DeMatha played Kareem(Lew Alcindor) and Power Memorial in NYC. DeMatha won, breaking a 27(?) game winning streak. Saw Dantley play at Springbrook H.S. You could tell, he was a man among boys.

Oh yeah, big basketball area too. Montrose Christian, Dematha, Gonzaga Prep are all big bball schools in that area. Tons of talent comes from that area every year.

He's good but I won't lie I was more impressed with Mack Alexander's tape. That's just me though. Glad to hear big time prospects want to hear from us.

Crab cakes and football, that's what Maryland does.

You don't have to take Fuller being at Diggs announcement one way or the other. It was Diggs' birthday so he was probably going to be there no matter what.
