and then he told some of his friends where he was going to Tennessee which I could also link and almost did but I feel that's invasion of his privacy however his account is public so you can look for your selves at his twitter page @_fredpayne20_ . But I'm a little skeptical at @RockyTopVols being the only one to know about this and no other places have said anything about it. So nothing against Mr. Payne I will still welcome him to volnation if he is coming but I personally will hold all my welcomes and congratz until I see something OFFICIALLY saying he is a vol.

I see no way that the Vols would offer a scholarship. They would gladly accept him as a walk-on I'm sure, but not a scholarship guy.
