We asked him to wait. He was down on our list. We missed on our higher targets and he got tired of waiting. Recruiting is about timing and ours didn't match his. Nothing more

Really doesn't matter. He can probably start there right away and fount that to be his best choice. Nothing wrong with it. We lost on Green, Karma, Henry, Folston, ect so I'm all for using the remaining schollys on guys like Boyd etc. We will just have to put all our effort in landing a great RB next year with a CBJ at the helm helping out. I'd take Ford or Wilkins (spelling may be off there) if they'd come but other then that I'd be happy using our remaining spots on DL guys, LB, OL, and WR.

We weren't in his final 4 so no he didn't pick KY over us. Had we seriously pursued him I'm sure we would have made his top 4 which tells me we didn't.

Brooks had a great run at Kentucky. Were always solid in their bowl game results (granted they were lower tier bowls).
