Any details on him Mr. O & W? Do you have any idea where we stand with him or is it to early?

He has a very solid offer list. He was quoted a few weeks ago as saying he almost committed to UF on his last visit, so I believe UF is high on the list but I'm not sure as to his other top schools. Would be a good get though.

He also likes the Gators. They offered recently. They told him he would have to come to camp and earn it but I guess something changed. Some schools have offered him at TE.

"I'm pretty sure once I make a top-five or so I want to see the five schools before I make any decisions because I think it would be an injustice to commit to a school before seeing the other schools I'm highly interested in," Sherit said.

Impressive offer list.

Wish NCAA would do something to Miami quickly

I asked about this on sports talk about a week ago. It's amazing how despite the pictures, this seems to have been swept under the rug. I have not heard any mention of them and the NCAA since this came out. If this was Tennessee, at the very least you would hear how prospects openly say they are waiting to see what the NCAA does. This would be a daily discussion of sports talk. I know in Miami they focus on pro sports, but still, come on. Has anyone else heard anything?

While I like your style, I also wonder if that won't end up being a curse in disguise for us if the NCAA does come down heavy on Miami. It could stir the Florida kids who might otherwise commit to Miami to other, shall we say, "less desirable," "less likable," Florida schools.

They can still only take 25 no matter how you slice it though. (Florida)

You must mean FSU.....lol.

In all seriousness, this is a good point. However, as of right now UF & Miami aren't really competing for very many recruits. Since Muschamp took over it seems (at least from my perspective) that UF's high profile recruiting battles have been against UGA/Bama/Aub/FSU moreso than Miami.

He made 3 trips to UF since NSD and his parents were on the last trip...seems to be a UM,UF and ND battle.

Loading up on 4 stars is nice but you risk character issues. Muschamp needs to make sure he gets some lower ranked players to anchor his class and who truly want to be GATORS.

having a balanced class is impt. remember their big class a few years ago which at this point can not be considered a success.

This class has bonded better than any other UF class outside '06 . Not many ego's in this bunch. As you can see those type of players are getting the boot under WM.
