Doesn't show a ton of strength, but wow. He has an amazing jump off the ball and is extremely quick. Showed some good speed on some scramble plays.

Yeah, his speed is impressive. I would rather them have more speed now if I had to pick because that's much harder to train.

Will be interesting going forward on our recruitment of this guy.

Had a great visit for Jr Day. I have now seen 3 different interviews since the visit yesterday. We seem to be in a good position but hard to pull FL kids. The best part about it was he said the top two things that impressed him on the trip was Saban and R Foster. Foster canceled his trip to Jr day and instead came to UA. Walker said he almost commited to Foster on the trip. The same Foster that our UGAinsider claims UGA is in it for. Foster is our best recruiter for this class.

He also stated he is really excited about L Thompson being at UA. Apparantly Lance recruited him at UT before he left. He siad he could see himself playing like Upshaw. Finally UA reaping some benefit of the trade of Sunseri for Thompson. To this point I would say UT got the better end of the deal.

another UF legacy but he won't get a UF offer until he gets his act together in the classroom. Top 3 DE in Fla(Rival 250/Top247) but no offers from FSU and UF. Huge JUCO prospect atp.

yea the 3 jville kids we already got will be in his ear for a month and i know he's good friends w/ washington and fulwood

Just read the post trip interview and he gave the trip to UA a 20.

Walker said rated his trip to Tuscaloosa as a 20 on a scale from one to ten.

Also said he would make his announcement for May 24th and that he would visit UA again in the summer.

"I'm excited to come back," Walker said. "Roll Tide!"

Makes you wonder if he commits on the 24th, if not to UA why would he already be making plans to come back.

FWIW according to some of our mods who seem to be in the know he commited to UA and will make it official in May. If he does UA fans will not rest easy until he signs because UF will always be in it until NSD if he gives a verbal to UA.

Not sure what to think on Walker. He apparently tweeted "gator or gator __" after his Bama trip. Read into that what you will. Both sides seem to like their chances. Regardless, he appears to be a player.
