lamar i expected...streeter was "really?"

i expect alot of true freshmen and underclassmen to play next year hence the huge class of 30+ kids

it will be a rough year but its gonna be fun to watch the kids grow up..like what dooley had last year

alot of those kids learned with dooley man..

I think Golden knew he had to build something... and I think he is. There are some impact talent guys and there will just be growing pains.

3 nice commits for Golden Al today. (Kearse, Bryant & Collims)

Today is a day that shoukd make us all real appreciative of how hard the staff has to work here at Tennessee

for the most part, we dont have 4 & 5 star talent that grew up wanting to be Vols.

when we hold junior day, its usually an introduction to the program, not a reaffirmation like at Miami, Fsu, UGA, or UF.

And whenever you don't land consecutive top notch classes the downfall quickly ensues (if you were even up!).

Lanky. Don't see him being a "freak" the way his uncle was.

Jevon was near the same size when he came out of high school. I just looked it up and Jevon was 215 pounds. If he is in the SEC then I hope he isn't the freak his uncle was. The "U" is fine with me.

de-committed from the U after trip to Clemson
He says he plans to visit - either officially or unofficially this summer - USC, Alabama, Notre Dame, Michigan State, South Carolina and Tennessee.

The investigation may haunt Miami this year. I heard it may finish up after NSD and not sure if a recruit wants to sign a NLI to find out weeks later the school egts hammered, if that is what happens.

And the rich get richer...Clemson picked up another good player as well. :eek:lol:
Seriously, isn't he projected at WR? If so, I am wondering if those quotes about Marquez North aren't true...down to 2...UGA and UNC? Maybe we can somehow get back into the game with North. Maybe once he sees our passing game and our WRs exploding in our offense, then his interest will be peaked again.

Pretty much. A lot of UT fans seem to gloss over the fact that Dooley inherited a trainwreck.

He took over the University of Tennessee. What he does here is totally up to him. Not Fulmer or Kiffin. Dooley will stand or fall on his own. No excuse for losing games. Blame Dooley. No reason for wins other than a good job by Dooley and staff. Fairly simple.

No, it's on fulmer and kiff for not closing on some decent dt and ol mainly. Or just recruiting the kind of kid that is not likely to make it. I'd link it if I could remember, but an article stated an unusual stretch of bad luck. 45 players 4 or5 star over last four or five years before Dools took over. Only 3 contributed. The rest either failed, transferred , or were suspended, etc. the sec is no place to try and make chick salad out of chick sh** . This ain't the acc brother.

Kearse will be playing Safety for Clemson.

Glad we wont have to hear this s**t anymore. Excuses are no longer allowed around here folks.

Its not an excuse if its a fact. That said, I'm damn happy we finally have a team with depth and talent. Now we'll see if this staff is a winner.

It may be a fact, but there's no reason to bring it up again is what i was saying. Time to bring results, cant blame it on Kiffin and Fulmer anymore.
