Montrell, how big of threat is Urban for Vonn Bell. I only ask because my Osu friend seems pretty confident.

I know this isn't his thread.

I think OSU is very confident. I know a lot of OSU blowhards up here and they all say Meyer has been telling people close to him he feels like he can get anyone out of Tennessee that he truly wants. It does seem like he and his staff have put a bigger emphasis on the top kids in the state. Bell (Basically a TN kid), Reeves-Maybin, Ramsey, etc... I could see them becoming a definite school to contend with for the elite in-state kids in the coming years because of the fairly close proximity.

I have not yet meet a OSU fan who is not over the top arrogant

Worst college football fans out there. But that is what happens when the majority of them are white trailer park trash types. Not only arrogant but they are some of the dumbest college sports fans out there. They are a very dumbed down group. You can never have an intelligent conversation with them about college football. They do not fit in at all with the rest of the fanbases in the Big 10.

I heard the same. They are very confident on their sites.

They are pretty bad. They had a huge alumni group that met in Asheville at one bar and I actually enjoyed hanging out with the AU crowd at times. So that tells you how bad they are.

They also can not stand any SEC team or team that makes them and their conference look bad. If anyone remembers the site oversigning, which the guy now has a blog, he is an OSU fan. I read a quote of his on an OSU board and he stated the reason he started his site and blog was because he could not stand the SEC and their fans.

lol SEC fans are like brothers and sisters who fight all the time, but when someone else messes with them from outside the SEC family, we all bond together and attack!

Maybe thats why other fan bases from other conferences can't stand us, but it is really fun up here on top. :)

As opposed to black, project living, hood types ? You realize the hypocrisy of people stating such a thing don't you? Say the inverse of your comment, something similar to what I typed, is spoken in public. Al sharpton says what you typed, and say any prominent white guy in America publicly states the same thing using the word black. Such a practice perpetuates what so many profess to despise. I've always found this subject amazingly ironic. Ps .. Osu fans do deserve to be called something, if only to slightly deter their arrogance

Discussing something intelligent makes you uncomfortable? My grandfather always told me never to argue with an idiot, he'll always have the advantage of experience .
