Hate to break it to you, but this kid isn't getting a scholly. We have 2 underclassmen kickers who were higher rated than this guy coming out of high school, so why would we waste a scholly to have another one?

this kid was the number 10 punter & number 14 kicker over all including Jucos.

He did not want to waist two years of eligibility kicking off the next 2 years like Bullock will be doing !

this offer list is still not updated. Kid was very quiet about his recruiting.

updated Landon Foster offer list.

School Interest Offer
Kentucky COMMITTED Offered
Alabama None None
Miami (FL) None None
Middle Tennessee State None
Missouri None None
Tennessee None Offered
Western Kentucky None Offered

^^Well of course, no one sensibly picks UK over UT...

both of you are wrong. Foster was offered at the first camp Dooley even asked if Landon had more camps. Landon told him he was going to WKU, UK, Cincinnati, Missouri, Miami, FSU and Bama, Dooley told him to go to the camps & come back the 20th of July. Landon was unsure of Tennessee due to no contact with the special teams coach and his reputation. He is a good friend of Michael Palardy and did not want to waste the next 2 years kicking off.

I don't know what Landon did in Fridays game, but in their last scrimmage he kicked off 2 times put one in the endzone & the other thru the uprights. Plus he was kicking a 64 yard field goal in practice. yea I know it was not under pressure or in a game but it was still impressive.

plus he is still receiving a lot of interest from some big SEC schools, but he told them he was committed to UK.

I was at the game Friday night and he is a very impressive kicker. I believe 2 of his kickoffs went into the end zone and the other was a great onside kick that Independance recovered. He did miss an extra point and he hit a short field goal. His punts were very good. He definitely looked like a major D1 kicker to me. I would not have had a problem with him going to UT.
