Scout.com: Keith Marshall Profile

Has a HUGE offer list, and is one of the Top RB's for the 2012 class.

Tennessee went to Millbrook on 1/25 to visit.

I did a search and couldn't find a thread for him which is hard to imagine, seeing as he's one of the top RB's for the '12 class.

Va Tech and Tennessee stopped in at Millbrook today to check on 5-star 2012 RB Keith Marshall. Cal checked on him yesterday.

Keith Marshall will have some recruiting news come out shortly after Signing Day. He's one of the best in 2012.

Him considering UGA might not last if ole CMR gets canned after this year. He is projected to be the #1 RB next year. Great vision of the field and most importantly break away speed! Runs a 4.3 and cuts/jukes like nobody's business.

Everyone is starting to offer this kid. He has a chance to be #1 overall recruits but likely just be #1rb and prolly top 5recruit.

I live in Raleigh and my kids went to Millbrook. I watch this kid on Friday nights. He is special. It would be great to see him wear orange.

He's just getting started, this guy will be top5 next recruiting class and everybody will be after him. Don't think he announces til NSD of next year or a lil before. (prolly gonna be the #1rb in next years class.

It could be. I'm just repeating what Chad Simmons reported, the guy is one of the most respected recruiting guys in the Southeast.

Should be interesting to see who ends up the #1 RB in the 2012 class. Marshall will definitely be in the running, but also will Rushel Shell, Barry Sander Jr., and Matt Jones. All are great RBs and will most likely be consensus Top-5 RBs. Also all potential 5-Stars. The real uncertainty is who will be #1.

Marshall has elite game-changing speed and has offers from the nation's best in UA, AU, Cal, UF, UGA, ND, USC, VT, etc. Marshall's early offer list alone is a testament to his abilities.

Rushel Shell has been compared to Tony Dorsett and just so happens to attend Dorsett's former high school.
Shell has offers from all over the country too including AU, UF, OSU, UO, PSU, UT, WVU, etc. He has all the tools to be the complete package at RB and puts up crazy numbers including 29 straight 100-yard rushing performances in his career. Rumored that OSU has the early lead.

Barry Sanders Jr. is who he is. Everybody knows who his dad is and has seen his highlight tape. He also has offers from across the country. It will be interesting to see if he can step out of his father's shadows and become his own player. Look for Ok.State to be a big player in Sander's recruitement throughout the process with FSU and Alabama also being very much in it.

Matt Jones is a big powerful RB that puts up sick numbers against some of the best FLA talent. Amazing athlete. He will be able to pick his college of choice. Hearing that UGA is the early leader.

All 4 are great RBs. I probably left out some other very great RBs, but these are my personal top RBs for now. However it is early. I'm really looking forward to seeing who the recruiting services tab as the #1 RB. I'd be willing to bet between ESPN/Rivals/Scout/24/7 there will be no common pick. They all probably will have different choices. My pick ATM is either Marshall or Shell.

Yeh there prolly won't be a consensus with all the services, I know some guys guys from rivals and they gave me the low-down on Marshall and they expect to have him at then #1rb next year. Guys is blazing fast (4.3 40yard dash) and has excellent vision of the field. I saw Barry Sanders Jr. highlights, he is gonna be a bad one too. Might be a couple of rbs in the top10 next year.
