'12 GA WR JaQuay Williams

SIAP, Williams is at ForK Union, VA prep school and expected to enroll at AU in January 2013 and count back to 2012 class.

I think Scout reported it. This has been rumored for a few weeks already. The Dawgs almost flipped him weeks leading up to NSD.

yep we were very close to flipping him right before NSD. it sounds like Jaquay will be a dawg come this signing day. we are adding another one and done juco with jaquay and our wr class is going to be really something.

Watch for Florida here. He wanted to go to Florida before committing to Auburn, but they wouldn't offer because of his grades.

Fla or Ga here, which will be great for us having to play against, unless he flunks out.

What ever happened to 2012 Auburn commit JaQuay Williams? Is there any chance he ends up back with the Tigers?

JaQuay Williams spent this past year in prep school after having academic issues.

Williams was one of the top players in the country last year, finishing up at No. 90 in the final Rivals100. He looked like a great pickup for Auburn but didn't qualify and ended up in prep school. Now, he's back on the market and several SEC teams are after him. While it's clear the Tigers can use more playmakers like Williams, it doesn't look like he's considering Auburn the second time around. He tweeted late last week that he's looking at Georgia, Texas A&M, Florida, Oklahoma and USC. He's yet to tip his cap other than that, but if his academics are straight, I think he would fit in nicely with the Bulldogs, the school he grew up watching

Visiting Texas A&M this week per JC Schurbs. A&M 247 guy confirmed. Also, AJC says not to count out the Barn for Williams.

Big weekend for Georgia: The Bulldogs' biggest weekend of the season is the SEC Championship Game in two weeks, but this weekend's matchup with Georgia Tech also carries some intrigue. Georgia will be hosting five-star linebacker and Auburn commit Reuben Foster, as well as 2012 Rivals100 wide receiver JaQuay Williams. Despite his insistence that he's not wavering from Auburn (and his tattoo to prove it), Foster has continued to look around and his trip to Georgia proves that he's still in play. Williams grew up right in Georgia's backyard, before signing with Auburn and failing to qualify last year. The trip will be his official visit and it wouldn't surprise me if the Bulldogs emerge as his leader after the weekend is over.

He will choose between UGA, USCe and TAM tonight or tomorrow. UGA Rivals says he is leaning toward TAM.

Reading that it's very unlikely to be UGA. Supposedly he and CB Shaq Wiggins (current UGA commit) will be going to the same school, which would imply that Wiggins will flip at some point.

Really hope it's SC- he'd be the only WR in the class and we really need an impact player with his size to go along with our smaller guys. Guessing it will be A&M though.

How many early enrollees does ATM have? Seems like every day they're picking up a new commit.

Jay - Long time reader and always enjoy the info you bring about FL recruiting/talent. Question: I like Butch Davis as a potential hire (though it doesn't appear he's in play from what I've read). Would he still be a player in FL recruiting? Thanks.

really good group of WR's going to A&M and it looks like their gonna get ricky seals-jones too
