I'm kind of with you. I know we've flipped guys before but there's really nothing that says that Shanks will come to Tennessee.

Sure there is...Justin has ties to family with UT ties and CLT is still visiting often. If CLT thought he was out of it for Shanks he wouldnt be wasting his time.

Remember Justin is a young kid but with that said he is also very smart. He will think this through. He may very well end up at FSU but I guarantee you he is thinking about being the most hyped DT on UT's campus since Haynesworth. At FSU he'll just be mixed in a line of many. He will do well wherever he goes.

I just hope he whips out an orange cap on signing day!

Okay, I am convinced. Take Shanks, McCullers, and Kirven to go with O'Brien. Then no more DTs for this class! Sounds like a plan :)

Shanks will stick with his commitment to FSU imo. I think we end up with Kirven and McCullers.

Could be prophetic with a twist. UA is full per TideWarrior so if CDD wants McCullers it can happen now. The word is Kirven wants a shot at DE and UT said they would give him the shot. So CDD may still be in the hunt for another DT.

It is, as they say it, a very fluid situation.

This is the DT outside of McCullers I want. Shanks and O'Brien would be hell for years at DT. A 2013 rotation of Couch, McCullers, O'Brien, Shanks, Saulsberry, and Carson would be fine with me.

CWGvol, the orange power T on the black helmet (no white trim) is a real eye opener. That would really be a great new (alternate) look. You ought to start a movement.

likely that shanks , and kirven sign with us, less than 10%. Just the reality. We are better off with Mccullers and the DT from TN.

although if we pulled shanks, I would go nuts.
