Well when you realize that most media believe a couple of losing seasons are in store for TN then you will understand that we would then be moving down.

Hopefully Dooley can get us to a bowl this year and make this year a success!

we will win less games than we did last year. we will be lucky to even make a bowl. we have less players on scholarship than last year. we have crucial injuries. we have a brutal schedule. our top 10 recruiting class isnt looking as special anymore with the loss of Dixon, Loften, Brown, and Clark. we will be lucky to have one first round draft pick this year. we lost a starting RB and OL to transfer. we are possibly looking at probation. we have a new OL and QB that to be honest dont look all that great yet. oh, and we have a new, unproven coach.

how in God's name would anyone not a UT fan say we are going up? in just comparing us to last year, we clearly have taken a step back.

He rated Texas' all whites as number 1. You know, the ones that look like our all whites that didn't make the list. Herbstreit is a moron and has been for a long time.

KH has been one of the only analysts that have given us any kind of credit the last few seasons. he tells it how it is and is generally fair.

look, im not saying that i dont have hope. but lets be realistic. if we saw any other program in the country that was a former power have the problems we have had, then we would say that they had a few rough years ahead of them too. just look at many on heres opinion of Michigan. there are even people on here foolish enough to believe that USC is really going to drop off the map...

I find it amazing how different that paths that Auburn and Tennesssee, who were in similar situations, have taken and how they have been portrayed by the media.
