I rode the London Eye several years ago. At that time I think it was the tallest in the world. It moves so slow that it doesn't need to stop to unload/load passengers.
Yeah, put some fan blades on it and give it a spin.

I was in northern Germany last year at a time where the temps were in the 90s for a week. I'll tell ya its awful. Not only do they not have AC their houses are built to retain heat due to colder temps. Heavily insulated with small windows. Tried to find a fan at the stores and all were out.
