This guy looks like someone Lane Kiffin would definetly want to go after. 6'4 but will most likley grow a few inches.

A long and athletic competitor, Watters has tremendous upside. He has excellent arm strength and can make all of the throws. As he spends more time in the weight room, he will mature physically and his body will catch up to his big-league arm. He is comfortable in the pocket and squares up nicely on the run. He already possesses the intangible of leadership and he is clearly in control of his huddle.

Sounds like he could potentially fit the mold of Palmer/Leinart. Just a QB prospect from the south to keep and eye on.

He was in a run first system the past few years. I wouldn't mind having him as a 2 (or 3) QB in this class if we give him a late offer.

3*. Athletic kid and with some grooming, could turn out to be a good QB. Once he starts going to more camps and things he should get a lot more publicity. I wouldn't mind him being our second QB.

I read somewhere that he really likes Tennessee. He showed up and made a name for himself at the Atlanta combines. He needs to get out there more, take some visits, and let people hear his name. Any video on this guy ?
