Bold prediction for my house:

Beer before liquor...

then more liquor.... then some more...

maybe another few beers...and then more liquor

I'd rather send KY packing.
I'll be pulling for the Cats against UL for that reason.

Well he's already been wrong on 2, 4, 7, and 8. I suppose he could make an argument on #6, but I would hardly call that "pushing Florida to the brink."

Not sure if this makes me feel better or worse. Dude is terrible at making predictions, but surely he has to get a few of these right? Right?!

Agree. Let McRae guard Hancock and JRich guard Smith. JRich's size and length at 6'-6 could frustrate the 6'-0 Smith. McRae woukd have the quickness advantage over Hancock.

In that matchup, Barton's ability to stay in front of Chris Jones is the key IMO. They are likely pretty familiar with each other too.

Not so sure Barton has played against Jones. Maybe in some pickup games in Memphis. Much different.

It would be the greatest win in UT history to beat KY in the Elite 8 game.

Also, would make the Elite 8 game the most sickening loss if KY came out on top. Nothing could be worse than KY keeping us from getting our first final 4.

It is well-known that local HS studs in Memphis visit and play with the UM players during the spring and summer. That is where I'm basing it from. I'm not saying it's a decided advantage for either player, just noting that they likely are familiar with each other.
