No program in CFB wins at home 95% of the time over the long run. Good luck with those expectations though.
I think his point is that he should at least be able to pick a game that we'll win most of the time. This hasn't been the case lately.

I believe this was likely the surplus that the football team was allowed to keep. UT is normally a zero sum operation with a small fund set aside for rainy day funds basically. That's why it had to "borrow" money from the academic side for buyouts. UTAD gives most of its profit to the academic side of the school.
