I know that this is a stupid question, probably won't hear nothing until the end of the week or game day about injuries. But what did he say about injuries?

I would have liked to have heard more about gathering information to present options to JRM

Loser Knox press corps never follows up with ore questions on the important stuff....like injuries...
I'm trying to read between the lines on that JRM answer,,,seems, likely they will tell him that he needs surgery sometime....u guess JRM just has to decide when he wants to do that and if he can play thru pain and be effective still in any more college games.

Hurd will play and be a full go in practice today. DK is questionable, has been doing some running and will do some cuts today. JRM has a decision to make on his future. He's not hurt, but depending on how he practices this week Martin could make the trip.

Hurd will practice today.

Kirkland will see how he progresses through the week, going to do some stuff in practice today.

Maybin who know?

Justin Martin's attitude and practice will determine whether he makes the trip

I think that covers it

Rhiannon Potkey @TennesseeBeat
#Vols coach Butch Jones says status of LBs Jalen Reeves-Maybin (shoulder) and Darrin Kirkland Jr. is yet to be determined this week.

Thanks fellows! we kind of need all hands on deck! I know that a lot of differences makers on Texas AM side didn't last game. Hope that they are out this game!

Seems loose

Kinda playing with house money right now. The 2 "must have" games from the East are in the bank. Would be great to win 1 or both of the next two, but all our goals are right there. I don't know if I'd be "loose" per se, but I bet Butch is feeling pretty confident and comfortable through 5 weeks given how everything has played out thus far.

If JRM has surgery, I hope it doesn't negatively effect his NFL opportunities. He made a sacrifice for the program by coming back this year.

The Riley Lovingood segment was pretty cool. He said he wasn't sure if he made a good play when he caught the ball on the 3 yard line. He saw Evan Berry jumping up and down and was thinking Evan might be mad at him for not letting the ball get to the 1 yard line. That play was a moment of a lifetime for Riley.

The hour and a half or whatever bus ride from teams hotel to Kyle Field Butch mentioned. Was staying that far away our choice or only available? If it was our choice then why use that as something we have to overcome? I thought teams book out hotels so far in advance to get the accommodations needed.

Same here. I hope CBJ is feeling it too. I have no problem with him going against the grain at A&M. Give Chavis something he isn't expecting.

We need to win 1 out of 2 to stay ahead of Florduh. Not sure why anyone thinks 1 of these next 2 aren't must wins.

If we lose these next 2, they will jump us unless they lose another SEC game. They have a pretty tough schedule with LSU, MO, UGA, and AK left, but I would prefer not to have to worry.
