That would be a down payment on a larger influx of U.S. forces that has been widely expected this year.

In addition to the 10,000 troops, 6,000 were recently deployed, meeting half the request of U.S. commanders who have been contemplating sending up to 30,000 more soldiers to bolster the 33,000 already there.

From the point of view of the central banker, war is good in that it allows the private owners of the banking system to create huge amounts of money out of nothing other than their position as the ones who have the power to create money and collect interest on the money they have created and lend out ten times that amount of money to others, if one million is created, that is a million profit for them, plus if they lend out ten million more on that one million at a modest 7% interest, then they profit 7$ million more and when there is an active war going on, munitions aren't inflationary because they are blown up and disappear from the GNP immediately. gs (my own short version of how it is and I am completely willing to produce proof of that in long form, although it appears to be a completely useless endeavor in our attention span deprived theater that is habituated by those who seem only capable and willing to focus on nothing longer that a thirty second TV advertisement.)
