@MAD Diego Pavia Vanderbilt quarterback 1year New Mexico Military 2 year New Mexico State transfer to Vanderbilt then got COVID-19 year at Vanderbilt.
Non has lawsuit in Tennessee not counting two years as junior college players.
Do think Diego Pavia or the NCAA wins that suit.

Seen where you post about football.

More important about this thread are you in favor of women's soccer player who need just a little work to get minutes in division 1 .
Getting better in junior college than having four years to play division 1.
roster Limits possibly limiting walk-ons it would give more players options playing and possibly of getting playing time division 1 soccer.

Has Tennessee women's soccer pick any junior college players . Pat pick two two help parker win two championship
2008 years.

Not a big fan of granting extra eligibility. Restricts earning potential for freshmen. Those destination choices were made based on your potential coming out of high school.

that quarterback allreading play years 5 five now he wanting a six year. i think he won by one judge and the ncaa appealing it. ncaa wants it decided one way or the other. do not want to face lawsuits every year. ona sports story i read today. might have to go to potus Roberts cheif justice and the other eight judges to get a final ruling.

All the players that have joined the soccer team through the portal have come from other D1 schools. This year we got 3 players, all played in the SEC. Arkansas, Mizzou and A&M

Don't know much about military New Mexico Military institute whether they have a football program of not.
If don't they should give exceptions for military service and religious service between high school and college.
Court agree.
NCAA grant vanderbilt quarterback and others a waiver.
For next year.
He kick the door open and others
players who had a non NCAA school and is out of eligibility followed.
NCAA will have try to shut door after next season.
You know law once someone gets a legal ruling there is blue print for other lawsuit victory in courts.

Pavia has only received a temporary injunction at this point. That suit has not been decided.

Waivers will be handed out specific year but the NCAA appealing the court ruling this from becoming an annual occurrence in college athletics.
NCAA already granted waivers.
Looks like Vanderbilt quarterback playing regardless less who wins.
That part about grant waivers is in the article.
Right around NCAA appealing.
2025-2026 season waivers granted granted by NCAA

It’s easier to figure out who shot JFK than who won the spring match with Clemson.

Is that 1-0 Vols or Tigers?

Only photo I could find, Lady Vols are supposedly the ones warming up in the background, I think, hard to tell, they are blurry like in those famous Bigfoot sightings

Love the research! Love the support! Not sure if you guys get soccer at this level. Some quick negatives , which don't reflect how much we love you 'guys'.

1) high school accolades don't mean anything at the Next Level level. It absolutely means nothing- in fact, it's statistically an indication of covering up for an inability to be the best. Please stop posting that nonsense - especially from Tennessee High Schools. Cmon.

2) ECNL, is the only avenue these girls have for the most part but also for the most part, the accolades don't mean anything. ECNL is merely a development process for the individual player to try to be good at the next level. And a place where players whose parents spend the money get recognized. But, it's all we got. -

3) what you do when you get to the next level matters the most- especially surviving the freshman year

4) what the college commentator say about a player, is mostly ignorant- and they don't know soccer

5) teams that have mostly 3 year committed players (stayed with their programs) win

6) FSU will decline - rapidly.

7) players must resist the portal- train get better, your time will come - this ain't club.

8) Most soccer parents are dumb.

Keep up the good work. The current team we all love, will win the SEC title if these talented athletes commit to their collective purpose. It will happen.
