I think QDE is a little better offensively, particularly outside shooting wise, right now than Mashack and Mashack is a better defender right now. Think QDE has a little better size too, he’s seems to me to be a legit 6’6 and think Mashack is closer to 6’4

But since both are 3-4 players in a few years time if they both stick around I wouldn’t be surprised to see them as being one of the best defensive combos in the SEC or country on the perimeter in a few years. Both highly switchable, quick, strong and tough

Basketball Recruiting - Florida Man: Vols land a steal in Quentin Diboundje Eyobo

Can’t wait for the preseason notes and observations on this kid when practice starts. Have no idea if he will get minutes or not next year, but if he can stroke it consistently they may not be able to keep him out of the rotation at either wing. Mashack is similar size but a different player and he may earn minutes if he can defend perimeter at a high level. We will miss Johnson and Springer’s defense and don’t have stellar defenders coming back at wing except JJJ.
