“The most important thing to me is I came to Tennessee to win,” Foster said. “I truly want to win the national championship. If I didn’t think the team coming back wasn’t qualified to do that, I probably wouldn’t be coming back, but I think we can.”

Hopefully, he can motivative some of his teammates.

Considering what happened last time there was talk of a NC on the Hill, they need focus on a SEC title first.

It looks like it will be a great year.
I'm not quite talking NC yet but it isn't ruled out. Some great hires and great players coming back, we shall see.

we are certainly a good enough team

I think last year we just had a young team

with a more experienced team next year we have a chance

I don't think UT has a shot at the national championship, but I would hope the players think so...

Hopefullly he doesn't read this board and lose his enthusiasm after reading from those who will be ridiculing his statements. Not likely he does, thankfully. In any case, thanks Arian for returning, kick some butt in the locker room and get the rest of the team believing in a NC.

UT has everything they need now to win big next year---new innovative coaches, top recruits, hopefully a new offensive system. Plus, they have a lot more talent than UF or UGA overall. I think the winner of the UT-UgA game wins it all and goes to the bCS title game. UF will be mediocre next year with a bad defense and only 2 good offensive players: tebow and harvin, who UT can shut down.

This is cynical, but what else is he going to say? That he came back to improve his draft status?

No need for him to say that, there are plenty of other people saying that for him in the media. :)

I am glad he has the right attitude, but lets focus on beating FL. and we will go from there....

Not short on optimism, huh? I think you're selling GA and the gators a little short there.
