Haven’t heard much mention of this...but you’ve got to think big name coaches would give pause to thoughts of coaching here due to how incompetent we have been from an administrative standpoint. We have been a hot mess administratively for so long. It’s a severe detractor for the program.

The problem we have is- given our inherent difficulties (schedule, recruiting base) there are only a handful of coaches with the nuts to attempt this job AND do well. But, they are few and far between and pine for bigger jobs (Texas, USC, Michigan, etc). So, we are left with the overconfident...
