    Watching TAXSLAYER BOWL again

    It's probably your tv.

The Official Tennessee vs. Indiana Tax Slayer Gator Bowl Game Thread, 7:00 PM ET, ESPN

This couldn't be more wrong. The team played pretty well. The same thing that has hindered UT all season showed up again. That is bad QB play. You say the kicker lost the game but it was the defense that forced the long FG. The score doesn't reflect how well the UT team played because of the bad...

Tell me i got the better of the draft!!!

Eh, do you even know who John Stockton was? You obviously never seen him play. There's a reason he's the all time steal leader by a ridiculous margin. You have Magic at point, the other team has the two best defensive transition players there have ever been in Jordan and Stockton. That would...

Tell me i got the better of the draft!!!

Team 2. Jordan, Bird, and Duncan c'mon. That's too easy, the defense from those 3 alone overcome most any matchup you can come up with.

Sugar Bowl Tickets $8 and the loss of NCAA players.

The prestigious bowl of old has both teams coming off a loss, that has something to do with it. They need to expand the playoff and lobby for interesting matchups for prestigious bowl games. The bowl system just doesn't work anymore if you have teams coming off losses playing in the best ones.

UT QB All-Time Stats for Comparison

You can argue the same about QB stats. If you don't have good company to run, block, and catch then those stats won't happen. If Hurts wins the NC then he will be considered one of the best collegiate QB's of all time. It would be hard to argue that, not sure what your point is there. I'll also...

UT QB All-Time Stats for Comparison

My point proven. Their stats aren't similar at all when you look in the win column.

UT QB All-Time Stats for Comparison

It depends on how we're defining "best". One has a national championship, one has a Sugar bowl when it meant something. Yeah, you would take either of those careers over Manning's I do believe.

UT QB All-Time Stats for Comparison

Ofc not. You're a stat guy. I'll take a guy who has 5 4th quarter game winning drives and only 100yds vs a guy who has 5 failed drives and 400yds every time. That one guy is always going to look better on paper except in wins. Prove me wrong.

UT QB All-Time Stats for Comparison

The only two stats that matter aren't on the list. The W column and the L column.

How do we fire our scheduler?

You're just terrified of being beat. I would pay to see UT vs Ohio State, Oklahoma, USC, Notre Dame, ect without hesitation. I would not pay to see them play Purdue or any mid tier team, unless the tickets were cheap. It's about money bro. As long as the tickets are being sold at premium prices...

How do we fire our scheduler?

I see it clearly, you're afraid of competition. Tennessee has and always will schedule good teams because that's what people want to pay to see. Have you ever noticed that when they play these teams, the stadium is always sold out no matter how good UT is. Think about it.

How do we fire our scheduler?

Huh? Last time I checked, Clemson won the CFP twice. You know , the thing designed to make the "best" teams play each other. Clemson can't help they play in a weak conference, but when they win, they have to play the best teams. Are you one of the guys who cheer when a UT rival best player gets...

How do we fire our scheduler?

In the famous words of the Nature Boy, "To be the best, you have to beat the best. Woooooooooooooo".

How Quinten Dormady's 'rocky road' helped resurrect Central Michigan football

Yeah, Image what UT could have done with a better QB, maybe they wouldn't be 7-5. :) Poor QB play is what led to the shuffling of QBs mid season, you can tout stats and whatever, but that's a fact. None of the QBs you mention have ever played poor enough to lose their role.

Which Bowl Game Would You Like Tennessee To Play In?

What does that have to do with the Cotton bowl?

Which Bowl Game Would You Like Tennessee To Play In?

There's no way Memphis gets in the Cotton bowl over Bama or Auburn let alone slide Auburn all the way down to the Outback. Bama gets the Citrus after just losing to them?

Most Hated Teams Outside The SEC?

To be fair, UT was more or less built for power run when he got hired. He didn't even get a full season to make it work.
