He went 31 wins against 6 lost so I would say he does know how to win pretty good. For the most part between two good teams the game is most times won or lost at the free throw line and Grant can't shoot everyone's shot for them.
Grant is one of those players where he is undersized even against most college player power forwards. People question his athleticism and skillset. All he can do is win. I remember this being said about another great BB player.
Doubting sincerity comes along with life's lessons. I have seen a lot of businessmen wear the church as a cloak of respectability. Not saying Barnes is insincere, truth is none of us have known him 40 or 50 years so I am not quite ready to canonize him as yet.

The part in number 4 is my main concern. How do you in all honesty look a recruit in the eye and tell them you will be their coach for their time at Tennessee when you said publicly that you wouldn't be here now if UCLA had paid the buy out. To me he's telling recruits he hopes someone gets him...
