That is actually fire. 49K more than 99% of players in his shoes get.

He will become nearly unhittable if he can add a 2-seam or get even 3/4 inches of run in any direction.

Really surprised that the switch-pitcher signed to MSU hasn't been picked yet. I guess clubs aren't sure what to do with him and want to see him play in the SEC first. Potential 200 pitch games on the horizon.

Vandy's class is getting ravaged once again lol. Corbin hasn't learned his lesson it appears.

Corbin had suffered for 5+ years now by filling his classes with 1st round talent that signs instead of coming to school.

Owen Murphy is a stud. He doesn't look like it, but damn. He can pitch.

I mean I would love to see him pitch in the SEC. It would be electric. But seems dumb to turn down that money unless he truly believes he can go #1/Top 5 in 2 years.

Just saying, I had Drew going before Jordan. Jordan's SEC stats sunk him in my opinion. Amazing story for Drew. Skinny high school LHP into a jacked 5-tool 1st rounder CF.

Insane. Recency bias is strong here. 18 months off of Tommy John and had one good weekend in Omaha. Era over 5 for the year.

Freddy's agent played hardball with the Braves, and the Braves eventually withdrew their offer and traded for/signed Olson instead. He was given no choice in the end. Probably the catalyst for diverging from Excel.

Bouncing off of Kershaw's comments the other day, I wonder what the clubhouse dynamic is right now? They are all professionals, but seems like a divide might be deepening. Every indirect move Freddy has made in the last few weeks is like giving LA the middle finger in exchange for Atlanta.
