This is the correct answer and I don't know why people don't see this. This is why he was kick off'd, not because him and his advisors demanded more money. You can't no show and ghost your coach on the last practice before a huge public event.

I wouldn't be surprised if papa hasn't already blown most or all of the money he's made thus far. Didn't ma and pa quit their jobs and they have 8 kids? Couple million is easy to go through now a days. I'd also be willing to bet he didn't factor in taxes and they are in tax trouble.
