I can't see Levi at #2 if he strikes out at last year's rate. He struck out 36% of his SEC and 40% of postseason ABs. That's high for a top of the lineup guy. Maybe he makes progress in the fall and preseason, but if not, I don't see it. JMHO

The thing is that the lead runner meant nothing. Turning 2 could have ended the game, but would have kept the tying run out of scoring position had they only gotten the out at 2nd. That's the smart and fundamental play.
