I gotta stop getting on here. Drives me nuts that I cheer for the same team as folks like this.
I'd say the Orange Bowl was his best game against good comp. I also wouldn't put the Bama loss on Joe. I watched the game, sounds like you didn't. If you did, I hope you weren't sober.

I'm not reading 9 pages of back and forth on this topic, the title and original post are enough. Poster should give him/herself a temporary ban from posting. Clearly didn't watch the game or maybe didn't comprehend it. Blame the game on alotta things, QB play isn't one you can blame it on. Move on

Just as some are concerned with Heupel's decisions thus far as head coach, I am equally concerned that folks on this...
I’m not trying to say Virginia is good, because they are not. However, James Madison was 8-3 in their first FBS season last year and beat the dog doo doo out of a top 25 Coastal Carolina 47-7.
You do realize that the coaches are going to grade each player the same way? They aren’t going to say, “well the scoreboard said we won. No need to grade our players this game”. It’s a metric for individuals to use to grow.
I really hated it, and hated seeing them shine! However, it all worked out in the end. I'm happy with where we are currently, and can look at all the turmoil over the years over the years and know all of those things led to us getting Heupel.
