Hit a bit of a slow stretch the past 2-3 weeks only at the gym 2-3 times a week. Did however run 2.25 on the treadmill which is a personal best so far. Anyone have any experience using any phone apps for structured workouts, etc?

Have to play man and stick on your man, leaving them open with all this double teaming and help defense isnt working. Just forcing us to have to play like that to force turnovers. Just make it respectable and get it under 10.
