I'd say good. It says minimum of 3 million. CBJ said he is determined to hire the best staff possible so one would assume that he could pay coordinators a good bit of money to come. Pretty sure someone said Bama's pool was around 3.5 million.

I think we are all in agreement that his staff is probably what will make or break his success and just how quickly it'll happen. CBJ sounds determined to break in the best he can. A minimum of 3 million is at least a good start.

That may not be saying a whole lot. :) What I found somewhat telling of our media there was how many of them had questions on topics he plainly addressed during his speech.
