Told my friend this the other day. Chances are .00001%, but we would be stupid not to at least make a call and make him say no before we even start this search.
Fair questions, but from what I've read (limited amount), his family forced him to sign with UT because he was still three weeks from turning 18 and they disagreed with him signing with OSU.
I would be shocked if money changed hands. Might as well release him now, because in this day and age...
The kid didn’t nothing wrong. He just has his heart set on OSU. It’s the parents that forced him to sign here. Letting him go quick and easy is the right thing to do. And if we handle this well, maybe we’ll see him down the line in the transfer portal someday, who knows.
Getting McCoy back will be a steroid shot. If you have a guy like that, you can put him one on one on the outside and blitz more, helping stop the run. I don’t know if we get Gibson back, but we can roll with McCoy and Hood.
Boo, if not back full-time this week, will be forced to be full-time vs UGA. Having him back will be big.
Colton Hood and McMurray played very well. Hopefully McCoy is ready by UGA. Having Boo and him would be massive.
Great news about Heard. Hopefully, it translates onto the field this fall. He has the physical tools to be a first round pick—he’s a massive human. Hopefully with him being in great shape, he becomes more agile.
Interested to see how Perry develops as well!
Catch me up....I've heard some solid news about the o-line as a unit, which is huge, but how is Lance Heard coming along? He was a liability last year. If he improves and plays up to his potential, it would be massive for our offense.
