If us fans can temper our expectations for the first 2 years then I think years 3-4 could be great with an amazing year 5 to cap it off. And if he ends up being the second coming of Saban we could see immediate results.

Putting this kind of money can go two different ways.....either a couple big names come knocking on the door to rebuild a once prominent program......or a couple big name coaches use and abuse us like mullet did today. Sadly I’m scared it gonna be the used and abused route.

I wonder why Tee doesn't seem to be getting any love? Well $hit let me put my armor on cause this is gonna hurt....Tee Martin has no head coaching experience. Only been an offensive coordinator for 1 year and shares playcalling at that. So in all honestly Tee Martin is basically a long time...

What ainge and everyone else needs to realize right now is that Nobody worth a $hit wants to coach Tennessee football right now unless we grossly overpay them. Kiffin is our best option as far as talented coach that wont screw us on pay.

I agree with this. Oh and let’s not forget he’s been stuck at miss state for nine years. If he was so great, one of the many big time openings in the past 9 years would have hired him but he isn’t on anyone’s radar. Why? Because ADs that wanna win championships know he isn’t the guy.
