That’s is true, but the 8-4 was because the offense was predicted to take a step back. If we knew last summer the offense would be first in the SEC, I would have predicted 11-1. I think that is why people were disappointed with 8-4 with that offense and the defense expectations from 2024.

They need to spread the non-conference games out in the future, 9 straight sec games with one off the week will be brutal.

Bama was in before the SEC championship game. If they do not keep them in, I see a lot of teams opting out of their conference title game in the future in similar situations.
