I did a Mission Trip out in Eleuthera several years ago. Absolutely beautiful place and the people were amazing. Always fun to get on a plane where they weigh all 18 passengers to try and make sure it's balanced for the trip to and from Nassau 😆

If you have never been to Roosevelt's near the Jackson Square, I highly recommend. We went twice in three days. The Taft Smashburger, Sagamore Hill Roast Chicken & Goat Cheese Salad and Bully Pulpit Beef Ragu were deeeeelicious!
