Go to the doc before you go to crazy with any exercises. Prescribed exercises can be very different based on the injury. While I don’t think a McKenzie certification is the perfect treatment to low back pain it will make sure you get a good physical therapist who is competent and knows his stuff...

I have toured IMG when I was doing some continuing education for sports physical therapy. The place is completely bonkers. Just insane facilities, strength and conditioning, coaching, nutrition.... the works. Something like 97% of there students get full scholarships to play some level college...

Eric Berry had cancer. Beat it. And then made it to the pro bowl... He is legend. The fact that anyone could call his career disappointing is just embarrassing. But I can’t say I am shocked by D4H. I hope Eric can come back from his torn Achilles. It’s a really tough injury to recover from.
