That makes sense. It’s easy to become obsessed with a number. I don’t necessarily have a particular goal weight, but I don’t feel I’m quite to where I want to be. That being said, I was able to put on my son’s 31 waist jeans this week. I wouldn’t be able to wear them with a tucked-in shirt yet...

I honestly don’t know where I’ll end up, but I know I have more than 10 lbs to go, maybe 20. I think if I were at my healthiest, I’d probably be 175-185. I’m lifting weights in addition to cutting calories, so it’s harder to put on muscle, but it’s gone pretty well...

Haven’t seen 200 since 2018. Lowest I’ve been in 25 years is 194. I plan to surpass that in the next couple of months. I don’t ever want to see 200 again.

Plateaued in last three weeks due to not being dialed in on diet. Fixing that for the next month.
