I'd say it's fair to say that. Right on the border of Arkansas and just a bit South of Missouri which I consider to be a Midwest State. Even if the term itself shouldn't be used, the difference between the Eastern side of the state and the Western side of the State is pretty stark.
Very nice post. I think the best way to recruit in our state without having to spend many resources for minimal gain is to WIN. If Tennessee becomes dominant again, this whole idea of a kid from Tennessee going somewhere else is a joke. If you want to win the recruits of Tennessee, just win.
It'd be a good move by Jones to get Martin. Not only is he a great recruiter but he's got Tennessee ties (if you can just call them ties). I think he'd do wonders on the recruiting trail for us.
