I dont know how fast Perine is, but they are pretty similar sizes coming out of high school. I think Perine was supposed to be a power back coming out of high school and had 1700 yards as a FR with Heupel as OC.

I guess Harsin was slowly tearing down Boise too as he was nowhere near Petersens record. 6-4 losing a ton of their two deep before the season started isn't tearing anything down.
