Kirby is the type of coach that will always turn a blind eye for the most part if the talent is there. He’s certainly not alone but he’s a man obsessed with keeping UGA atop the hierarchy of CFB. Sit out a game or an half and punishment is rendered in his eyes as long as they win.

That seems to be the story on them. Ice cold or blazing hot. They do have a first round pick who can go off. They lost to Duke by 40 and beat Michigan State by 20. So yeah it’s a crapshoot with them.

I see both sides of the argument for them but I agree with you. They are not more deserving than some other teams that they would get preferential treatment over.

That’s not a bad comparison. I do think Knecht has a higher ceiling than Barnes has ever had though.

It kind of chaps my ass that Kensucky baseball made a CWS before we made a basketball Final Four. Would love to smash them in the finals in Omaha. 3 hits in 2 full games for Oregon St is a choke job by the Beavers.

That is INSANE money for a college basketball coach. And $11 million is just the starting offer. No idea what he will do but I think he will have to listen to an offer like that. Really hope he doesn’t take that job because Kentucky will quickly go back to being Kentucky again if he does. 🤮
