My opinion is you build a program from high school recruiting. Your NIL can pay everyone what there worth as they grow in the system. If an upperclassmen gets hurt or underachieves replace him with a portal player that way you can build a great culture. If you bring in these big headed...

That they do. He put a bad taste in my mouth in that game. After the bowl game he could have hit the portal but he didn't. He put his head down and went to work a much better player this year. I'd say it's pretty hard to talk a high quality center that leaves his old team to start somewhere to come be a backup to cooper.
