First I hope OP is wrong because uga is my least favorite school and it has been a painful few years.
That said, I don't think it is a given that Kirby becomes Saban and I think Saban retiring proves why. Prior to Saban CFB had pretty good parity. Think about winners from the 90's until 2007...
uga lost to bama. Bama lost to texas who lost to washington. Yes I think uga could have lost to washington. Sure they could have won too but based on the results on the field they rankings are appropriate at the top.
But why in the world are we defending uga? If I had a vote I'd rank them 130...
I don't think comparing vandys points yesterday is reflective of the true outcome. We muff a punt otherwise they only score 17. And we had a lot of subs in there for their final TD drive otherwise who knows maybe it's only 10. Add to it that game was their season and they played hard. Credit our...
My biggest concern is how awful we have looked in our last 5 losses. 4 this year plus SC last year. It's not like we are playing to the final play. These have been double digit loses with the game decided early in the 4th. That's a big red flag to me and I'm concerned it's a gimmicky offense...
I thought Heupel's comments post game would differ. "running game was good, defense was good, passing game was good enough."
He may have played well statistically but still is not seeing too many open plays.
Dadgum looking just like SC last year, we made Rattler look like a Heisman candidate. I can tolerate that the offense isn't going to be as good this year but I'm completely lost as to why our defense looks so awful ever since the first 2 drives.
I grew up in Georgia. Most of my family went to uga and roots for them. I never could stand that ugly mascot or their obnoxious fans.
Anyway you're completely wrong. Maybe in Atlanta it would be auburn but for the rest of the state they would pick Florida. Plus south Georgia loves for that...
