Knowles might opt of contract after seeing what he has to work with. It’s almost as if we run some sort of “finesse” D to go with our finesse O, our team is small, really small which makes sense why we got manhandled as the season went on
We have not had that level of physicality in 20yrs. The D line for both teams seemed relentless and fast off the ball VS. our lethargic approach and hope for the best mentality on D
He needs to make changes on both sides of the ball as well as strength and conditioning. The team has no moxie whatsoever, Vandy players were stronger and faster much more disciplined, those 2/3 stars were coached the right way apparently
Just not sure how a team that is not in the same universe talent wise is better than UT? They seem to be moving the ball at will and causing chaos on the OLine
should be no comparison between these 2 teams, according to recruiting services we are the superior team in every facet of the game, our D is bad, just bad coaching on that side of ball. We need a complete refresh on that side of the ball
They seem to dominate at both lines of scrimmage, we can’t pick up the blitz or run block on, D is……. Not good enough to win in the SEC, players and coaches
Let them get paid all the NIL they warrant, stop the transfers and the madness stops. You get to transfer all you want but you lose that year of playing time, you know how it used to be? That will put a stop to leaving for money from another school. They can have all the agents and collectives...
I’m starting to believe CJH is as loyal to his upperclassmen as he is to his asst coaches. I find it hard to believe our Freshmen are that far behind everyone else’s. The only other possible scenario is poor development and creativity by the coaching staff
From my understanding they’ll be switched off at some point during the play, basically to call play in then switched off so no hopes of “watch Mike” during cadence
