I like Kliff but dont think hes ready to be a HC yet. Maybe in a few years. Certainly not ready to take over a program of this stature. TN really shouldn't be anyones first head coaching job.

Tressel will never be hired as a Head Coach for a major college program. No university wants any parts of that let alone the stigma he will bring with him.

That may be enough to turn a recruits head in the Pac 12. But in the SEC there are 5 Head coaches who have NFL coaching experience, 2 of whom were head coaches in the NFL. I just dont see him out-recruiting the big boys of the SEC just because he has "NFL" on his resume.
