Championships are won with a mixture of leadership and talent. But talented players are rarely true leaders. I’ve noticed the players that fans think are leaders by their play on the field are rarely leaders in the dugout. Many times their drama is polarizing but you need both talent and...

Player's coach (they will do anything he asks because he does a great job of building relationships in recruiting. No BS like it or not), best recruiter in the business, understands how to surround himself with good guys (Frank being the perfect example from day one. Many young coaches...
Lemonis got fired because he only won with someone else's recruits and then could not win with his. That is the key in college. Not what you do early on but can you recruit and win with your recruits. Those who can't trade jobs often so no one realizes it. Also knowing your strengths and...
I love the concept but it is becoming a dance off rather than a baseball game. I was a huge fan of the earlier version when they started and just had the new rules but now it is not about baseball but dancing and stuff.
I agree. Some don't want to go to class for 3 years. The underwater basketweaving stuff is gone. You have to go to class as a freshman and be making grades along with staying in the dorms and going to tutoring every day your entire freshman year. That just does not appeal to some. TV does...

There have been several that tipped pitches at UT. Lots of HS guys do it and many college. You can't get by with it in pros. Too many people looking for an advantage and the good ones see everything.
I loved last year on a weekend ESPN game when the crew for college baseball called about 10...
Our infield looks the way it does because it was state of the art when it was done and we were one of the very first to get it. There were very few options on colors back then. When you get the newest and best, the options are lower.
