well utvolkeith i can`t answer that i`m not butch jones. a coach is a manager just like any other when it comes to personal, so i have no clue why he did that.

i think they call that coaching, putting together a staff to work together for the same goal. i don`t mean that to sound ugly. he has to have the people that fit his program, he`s the one that knows what he needs.
