    The longer this season goes, the more its apparent they don't have the "IT" factor. Play calling is suspect in crucial moments, the offense is prone to inexcusable plays at times and Gilbert is WAY too inconsistent!! The obvious is how atrocious our secondary and linebacker play is usually.
